Professional Experiences
I’ve had the privilege of treating and witnessing the recovery of those diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Mood Disorders and those dealing with numerous other stressors at the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs.
I have dedicated many years of clinical practice at a Family Mental Health Clinic working with children, adolescents, adults & the aging where I delivered evidence-based psychotherapies. Through these experiences, I have developed an eclectic treatment approach.
I have extensive experience in helping those who:
Have experienced trauma
Are unsatisfied with their lives
Have relationship difficulties
Struggle with regulating emotions (i.e., anxiety)
Are experiencing phase of life problems or problems with life transitions.
